General Return Conditions
We only accept returns for unopened and unused products. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, in its original packaging.
Initiating a Return
If you wish to return an eligible item, please contact our customer service team at admin@onehitwonderremix.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and a brief explanation for your return.
Returns Due to Shipping Damage
If your product arrives damaged due to shipping, you must report the damage within 48 hours of receipt. To do so, please contact us immediately at admin@onehitwonderremix.com and provide your order number, a description of the damage, and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. Failure to report shipping damage within 48 hours may result in the denial of your claim.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll send you an email to notify you that we've received your returned item. We'll also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within [Number] business days.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, glass and silicone items are not returnable.
Shipping Costs for Returns
You'll be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
