Shipping Policy for One Hit Wonder Glass
At One Hit Wonder Glass, operating our website onehitwonderremix.com, we're committed to providing you with a smooth and efficient shipping experience. Please review our shipping policy below.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You'll receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note that processing times may be extended during peak seasons, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. If we anticipate a significant delay in your shipment, we'll notify you via email.
2. Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
3. Shipping Carriers
We primarily use reliable shipping carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx for all deliveries.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will typically be active within 24 hours of shipment.
5. International Shipping
At this time, One Hit Wonder Glass ships to addresses within the United States and its Territories. We don't currently offer international shipping outside of these regions.
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
One Hit Wonder Glass isn't responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (including tariffs, taxes, and other costs) are the customer's responsibility.
7. Damages
One Hit Wonder Glass isn't liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
8. Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery
We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it's recognized as a valid address. If we can't validate the address, we'll try to contact you to provide an updated address. If we're unable to update the address, the order may be canceled and refunded. One Hit Wonder Glass won't be held responsible if the customer provides an incorrect shipping address and the package can't be recovered.
9. Missing or Stolen Shipments
If you didn't receive your order, but the shipping carrier has reported that it was delivered, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier. Local law enforcement may be involved if necessary. We'll replace or refund your order once the investigation is complete (please allow up to 21 days for the investigation).
